Immortal's Lament

If you would lose life for any reason except paying life, reduce the amount of life lost by 1, then each opponent loses 1 life.
If an opponent would gain life, reduce the amount of life they gain by 1 and you gain 1 life.
{2}{b}{b}: Each player loses 1 life for each permanent card in their graveyard, then gains 1 life for each creature they control.
