Fleeting Thoughts

If a player would put one or more cards from their library into their graveyard, that player puts an additional three cards into their graveyard.
If a spell or ability would cause a player to both draw and discard cards, increase the number of cards drawn and discarded by one.
{1}{u}{u}: Each player puts the top two cards of their library into their graveyard, draws a card then discards a card at random.
