When Zote dies, you may exile another target creature card from a graveyard with a essence counter on it.
Zote gets +1/+1 for each creature card in exile with an essence counter on it.
As long as an exiled creature card with an essence counter on it has flying, Zote has flying. The same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, and vigilance.
