Whenever a player casts a permanent spell,
counter that spell. If a spell was countered
this way, each player secretly chooses a
number 0 or greater, then all players reveal
those numbers simultaneously. Each player
who chose the highest number creates a
token that's a copy of that permanent, then
loses life equal to the number they chose.
