Zeta, Counter Agent

put a number of spy counters on Zeta equal to
the number of cards in it, then Zeta phases out.
When Zeta phases in, if it has seven or more spy counters on it,
remove them and search your
library, hand, graveyard and from outside the
game for three cards and exile them face down.
They become foretold. Their foretell cost is its
mana cost reduced by {2}.
