When Zephyr Seer enters, look at the top X cards
of your library. You may put an instant or sorcery
card from among them into your hand and the
rest into your graveyard. Then, you discard cards
equal to the difference of X and 3.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are
more cards in your graveyard than your
devotion to blue, you may return an instant or
sorcery card from from your graveyard to your
hand. If you don't, you lose 1 life.
