the command zone or on the battlefield, you
may put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
{4}{u}: Yuki and snow creatures you control get
+2/+0 until end of turn. Other creatures you
control get +1/+0 until end of turn. Target
nonsnow permanent doesn't untap during its
controller's next untap step.
