Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery Yondu deals 1 damage to any target, put a +1/+1 counter on Yondu. If this is the second time this ability resolved this turn, add{u}{u} to your mana pool. If this is the third time, copy the next instant or sorcery you cast this turn.
Instants and Sorceries you cast cost {1} less for each +1/+1 counter on Yondu.
At the beginning of every endstep, remove all +1/+1 counters from Yondu.
