Ymkalte, Gray Usurper

If Ymkalte, Gray Usurper is your commander,
you don't draw an opening hand as the game
begins.
At the beginning of each upkeep, put a shield
counter on Ymkalte.
{p/g}{p/w}{p/u}: Ymkalte phases out.
Remove X counters from Ymkalte: Search your
library for a card with mana value X that isn't a
nonbasic land card, reveal it, put it into your
hand, then shuffle. Activate only once each turn.
