Destroy all permanents that do not have a ruin
counter on them. {t}, sacrifice a creature: put a ruin
counter on target permanent. Whenever a creature
dies due to an opponent's actions, put an omen counter on this. Whenever you lose life, untap this. Exile 30 cards (tokens, spells, anything, even in your graveyard): target opponent must exile every card
they have but the last card of their deck.
