Whenever Xelios, the Grand Distortion becomes the target of a spell for the first
time each turn, counter that spell.
Whenever a player casts a spell, that player flips a coin for each other spell they cast
this turn or until they lose a flip, whichever comes first. If they lose a flip this way, counter that spell.
