Wounded Slayer

Wounded Slayer enters the battlefield with a
-1/-1 counter on it.
Whenever a -1/-1 counter is removed from
Wounded Slayer, if it has no -1/-1 counters on
it, destroy target creature an opponent controls
with power 4 or greater.
