World of Bubbles

Whenever a permanent is put into the graveyard,
if the owner of that permanent does not say
"Pop" (or make a popping noise), any player may
say "Gotcha!" If a player does, that player gets a
Bubble Shield counter.
If a creature would deal damage to a player with
a Bubble Shield counter, instead remove a
Bubble Shield counter
And THIS is why we don't buy bubble soap anymore!
