White Lord's Exchange

Each player searches their library for a card with
converted mana cost 3 or greater, exiles that card
face-down, then shuffles their library. Then each
player randomly selects a face-down card from
exile, reveals it, then puts it in their exile with a
gift counter on it. Players may cast cards selected
with gift counters on them at any time they
would be able to cast the same card from their
hand.
