+X/+0 where X is the cores toughness -2.
Whenever a core that you controlled leaves the
battlefield, pay, {1}, if you do Wheatley gets
+X/+0 until end of turn, where X is the core's
toughness. When Wheatley leaves the
battlefield all cores you control get +X/+X
where X is Wheatley's power.
