Wave of Domination

Pact — At the beginning of your upkeep, you
may get a debt counter, then pay {1}{u} for each
debt counter you have. If you do, gain control of target creature with converted mana cost less
than or equal to 1 plus the number of debt
counters you have.
Whenever you get a debt counter, if you have
five or more debt counters, sacrifice Wave of Domination and gain control of target creature.
