War Moon

When War Moon enters the battlefield, choose a nonbasic land card name.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, if
that player controls one or more lands with the
chosen name, that player can choose to have
War Moon deal damage to them equal to
the number of lands they control, if they
don't, that player sacrifices all lands with
the chosen name.
