other colors.
Whenever a permanent is put into a
graveyard from the battlefield or is put into
exile from the battlefield, it's controller adds
{u}. Until end of turn, that player doesn't lose
this mana as steps and phases end and can't
spend this mana to cast spells that counter
spells you control.
