At the beginning of your upkeep, put a fright
counter on Vermillion Shroud, then each
opponent loses life equal to the number of fright counters on it.
When Vermillion Shroud has five or more fright counters on it, sacrifice it.

Shroud, then draw cards equal to the number of
fright counters on it.
