When VENGEANCE enters the battlefield,
create a Pwi token. (It's a legendary 1/1 white
Rabbit creature token with "At the beginning of your
end step, draw a card.")
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, look at
the top card of that player's library. That player
may choose to put the card on the top or bottom
of their library. (Be kind < 3)

this ability but only any time they could cast a sorcery)
