Velvette, the Trendsetter Vee

The Vees (You can have three commanders if the
others are Valentino, the Pimp Vee and Vox, the
Techhead Vee.)
Whenever Velvette, the Trendsetter Vee enters
the battlefield or attacks, for each opponent, goad target creature that player controls.
Whenever a goaded creature attacks, that
creature's controller reveals a card at random
from their hand.
