At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player sacrifices a nonland permanent unless they
pay 2 life.
Whenever a permanent is sacrificed, you may
gain 1 life and draw a card.
Whenever an opponent discards a card, you may
exile that card. You may cast cards exiled with Veilweaver's Enforcer.
