loses X life and you scry X, where X is the
number of Horrors you control.
Horrors you control gain Fear (Those creatures
can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or
black creatures.).
Vatrax's influence over the horrors is all encompassing.
They are his eyes, ears, touch, and hunger.
