At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent may reveal cards from the top of their library until they reveal a permanent card. Those players put that card onto the battlefield and shuffle the rest into their library. Then, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a number of permanent cards equal to the number of opponents who revealed cards this way plus one. Put those permanents onto the battlefield and shuffle the rest into your library.
