When Varalla, the Unforgiving enters the battlefield, create Mittens, a legendary 1/1 black
cat spirit creature token with skulk.
When Mittens deals combat damage to a player,
that player discards a card. If they do, draw a
card then put a +1/+1 counter on Mittens.
Whenever Mittens dies, if Varalla is untapped,
destroy all nonland permanents.
