Return all your Vampire creatures from the graveyard to the battlefield, they get +4/+0, Swampwalk, Plainswalk and are Indestructible until end of turn.
Your opponent can counter this only by sacrifice X creature they control (one of there creature for one of your vampire) If you have 5 vampire in your graveyard, they need to sacrifice 5 creature in total to counter this spell. There is no other way to counter this spell.
