Vaeloth, God of Thought

Vaeloth's power and toughness are equal to the
number of cards in each player's hand minus
seven.
If Vaeloth is on the battlefield or in a graveyard, whenever a player casts a spell that player may
scry 1 then draw a card.
When this card is exiled each player discards
their hand.
