Utility Belt

This magical belt enhances the usage of
potions and accessories. Any accessory-type
item (potion, ball bearings, caltrops, etc.)
attached to this belt which would normally
take an action to use, instead takes a bonus
action. You may have up to three accessories attached to the belt at a time and
it requires an action to change out one item
for another.
