When Upgrade enters the battlefield, as long
as you control Upgrade, take control of target
artifact until Upgrade leaves the battlefield.
Untap it. If its a creature, it gains Haste until
end of turn.

battlefield under its owner's control.
Artifact creatures get +1/+0 for each artifact you
control.
Disturb {5} (You may cast this card from your
graveyard transformed for its disturb cost.)
