Unstable Temporal Gate

At the end of each player's turn, each player
flips a coin until they lose. The last player to
lose takes a turn after this turn ends. If it
would end in a tie, those players flip an
additional coin until one wins.
Whenever a player flips a coin, Unstable
Temporal Gate deals 1 damage to that player.
