when this card enters the battlefield discard your hand, end your turn, sacrifice all non unstable permanents you control, you can't tap for anything for mana, and All unstable cards cost 0. when you play a card if it had unstable remove it and draw a card. at the end of your main phase if you did not place a card end your turn. at the end of your turn discard your hand. this enchantment can not be destroyed or removed from the game no matter what.
