Unholy Council

Whenever your opponent plays a creature
spell you may flip five coins. If you win at
least 3 of those coin tosses then they
sacrifice that creature as it enters the
battlefield. If you win all coin tosses then
you may return that creature to the
battlefield under your control. It's a black
zombie in addition to it's other types and
colors.
