Lord Dread and Lord Dread the Lich get +1/+1
for each completion counter on Unfinished
Phylactery.
If Lord Dread or Lord Dread the Lich would
leave the battlefield while Unfinished Phylactery
has 9 or more completion counters on it, return
Lord Dread or Lord Dread the Lich to the
battlefield transformed as Lord Dread the Lich.
