Undersea Lurker enters the battlefield with two
Time Counters on it. At the beginning of your
upkeep, remove a Time Counter from Undersea
Lurker.
Whenever a Time Counter is removed from
Undersea Lurker, if Undersea Lurker has no
more Time Counters on it, return target
creature an opponent controls to its owner's
hand.
