Whenever you or an opponent taps either a
swamp or an island, draw a card. They may pay
{u} or {b} to counter this.
If a creature dies, pay {3} and copy it. Place the
copy onto the battlefield under your control.
It's now a blue and black zombie creature with
deathtouch in addition to its other types.
