Ultimatum Proctor you may choose one:
— Draw a card
— Target player loses 4 life.
{c}{c}{c}{c}{c}{t} Put an ultimatum counter on a creature. At the beginning of its controllers
upkeep, they may sacrifice that creature. If they
don't, Ultimatum Proctor gets +1/+1.
