When Tundra Inspectors enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a snow Plains card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library.
It is the self-proclaimed duty of the Yuyuni to survey the tundras that surround the city, ensuring that their winters are eternally pristine
and their summers bearable.
