Trick 'r Treat Sam

Whenever Sam would leave the battlefield, you
may instead exile Sam. Then return it to the
battlefield under it's owners control at the
beginning of the next end step.
Whenever another permanent sent to the
graveyard, each opponent must discard a
card at random from their hand unless
they pay {3} life. For each card discarded
this way, you may draw that many cards.
