Tournament Rules

Whenever an opponent cast a noncreature spell, you may return a creature you control to its
owner's hand. If you do, you may put a creature with equal or less converted mana cost as that creature from your hand onto the battlefield under your control.
Return a creature you control to its owners hand: Return target spell to its owner's hand.
