When Tord, the Scribe enters the battlefield, if
you cast it from your hand, you may search your library for a instant or sorcery spell with
converted mana cost 3 or less and put it into your
hand. If you do, shuffle your library.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery you may
pay {1}{u}. If you do, return Tord, the Scribe to
its owner's hand.
