Whenever you a cast non-permanant spell, choose one:
(For each mode, X is half that spell's mana cost)
•Create a 0/0 green and blue Fractal creature token
with X +1/+1 counters.
•Draw X cards, then discard half of that total.
•Look at the top X cards of your library, you may put
a land from among them onto the battlefield. Put the
rest at the bottom of your library in a random order.
