+2: Draw a card. Create a X/X colorless character token where X is that cards converted mana cost. If that card is a land, create a 2/2 instead.
-4: Reveal a card not in the game. Each player roles a dice. The player with the highest roll may cast that card without paying it's mana cost.
-12: Take two cards from outside the game. You may play those cards without paying their mana cost.
