When this enchantment enters the battlefield, put a
pollen counter on target permanent you control.

If a permanent you control with a pollen counter on
it would leave the battlefield, instead choose one —
•To Bee — Move all pollen counters from that permanent onto another target permanent.
•Not to Bee — That permanent phases out.
