Tithing Bag

Whenever an opponent plays a land, if they
control more lands than you, put a tithe counter
on Tithing Bag.
{t}, Exile Tithing Bag: For each tithe counter on Tithing Bag, search your library a basic land card
and put it into your hand. If you have 7 or more
cards in your hand, put that land onto the battlefield tapped instead.
