Timeslip

Exile target creature or Planeswalker you control
with a time counter on it. At the beginning of
your upkeep remove a time counter, if there are
no remaining time counters on it return that permanent to the battlefield. You may put an additional time counter on target card in exile.
If that permanent was a Blue creature or a
Wizard put a +1/+1 counter on it. If it was a Blue
Planeswalker put a Loyalty counter on it.
I blinked and they were gone.
