Time Vortex

When this enchantment enters the battlefield, add X
amount of time counters onto this enchantment.
{t} Add time counters onto this enchantment equal to the amount of permanents you control that are suspended
or have time counters on them.
{t} For each permanent you control that is suspended
or has at least one time counter on them, remove time counters from Time Vortex
equal to that amount then if you did, time travel that
many times.
