Time for CONFUSION

Whenever target creature attacks, target player's
library is shuffled when an enemy creature gains
haste. If no more than 2 artifacts are played in
two turns, destroy target enemy creature who is
not a creature amongst being a creature.
It's just...... It's just better not to ask.....
