Time Eater

Time Eater enters the battlefield with twelve
hour counters and a hexproof counter on it.
Whenever an opponent plays a card, you may
remove an hour counter from Time Eater. If you remove the last hour counter this way, Time
Eater's power becomes 6. Then, if it's an
opponent's turn, end the turn. Otherwise, take
an extra turn after this one.
