Whenever a player casts their first spell each turn, each player votes either Yeah, What or Okay. If Yeah gets the most votes, each other player copies the spell. If What gets the most votes, return the spell to its owner's hand. If Okay gets the most votes or tied for the most votes the spell resolves normally.
