creature token with "When this creature dies, it
deals 1 damage to target creature or player."
On your upkeep if there are 5 or more devils on
the battlefield, take 5 damage, exile 5 devils, then
exile Tibalt, Pain Practitioner returning him
to the battlefield transformed under his owners
control.
